All about Tent Weddings

When considering using an outdoor tent for your ceremony or reception, there is a list of options to choose from. Many tents today run from simple to palatial. There are bridges and pathways, arched entryways, parquet floors, stained – glass panels and chandeliers. You can also have colored tent that matches your wedding colors. keep in mind that depending on the weather you will need generators for heating or cooling and ceiling fans to keep air circulating.
There is various choices to choose from so keep in mind to have a reputable supplier that know how to measure your tent, that will accommodate your guest and all vendors involved. In general you will need at least 60×60 or 40×100 tent per 200 people for dancing and dinner. If you want restrooms or plan on having a cocktail hour you will need extra footage. Instagram your wedding

More and more people are social when they attend beautiful weddings for family or friends. Instagram is becoming more popular and your wedding absolutely has to have a #hashtag to do this. This let’s guest help you capture your special day from their perspective. Start by coming up with a unique #hashtag. But don’t forget to tell all your guest to make sure they record your special day with Instagram. Here are other ways to inform your guests of your wedding #hashtag. You can add the info to your ceremony program, you can add a framed sign to your gift table. Think about including your Instagram name on your cards so that just in case your guests don’t follow you already, they can easily find you and tag you in the picture as well. What option will be best for your wedding?
